Join the board, staff, caregivers, clients, donors and supporters: our whole Coming Home Connection family to celebrate life, health and helping others and to remember those who have passed before.
This year we will remember those who have passed at Casa Cielo, Santa Fe's only free standing end-of-life home. See Shar's story below - she came to us for respite care, but ending up dying peacefully in our care.
