Northern New Mexicans are strong people: living in the high desert breeds independence and resiliency. But with sickness, disability and old age, any of us may need help, and when money is limited or family is far away, it can be hard to come by. At Coming Home Connection we help people preserve their independence and dignity in their own homes, with free and low-cost care provided by our trained and compassionate caregivers.

Your donation will help people like Viola, an elderly lady with dementia, who was referred to us by Adult Protective Services. We provided emergency 24 hour care, allowing the family to find a long-term live in solution .

Or Vicki, who has multiple sclerosis and was told that she would have to move to a facility. Six years on, with the help of our volunteers who go in to help her to bed each night, she's still enjoying living in her own apartment.
