Many of our clients have the means to pay for in-home care, but many more cannot afford to pay for care. Coming Home Connection is reaching our neighbors who need a regular presence in their home to help them with a few chores, keep their home tidy, get them to doctors' appointments, cook a few meals or just check-in to talk and share stories. Your support allows us to bring older adults into the "Taking Care of Neighbors" program and keep them connected to a caring professional caregiver or volutneer companion.
